balletfan I have got a ballet show coming up in march but i always start shaking before i go on stage, how did you cope with stage fright on strictly?

you have to embrace the nerves, it shows you care! i think a hot drink helps and breathing exercises

that is a tricky question hun but keep working hard and maybe set up a music myspace page. send demos to labels and publishing companys. read the stage newspaper. look for a manager by researching good ones xxx
