Neon eyeshadows have been creeping into the beauty scene for a while now and we actually can't get enough of them.
Worn alone for a statement pop of colour, or with loads of black liner and lashes - neon eyeshadow is actually really wearable, and super easy to do.
Here's our absolute faves out there, and how you can pull them off, depending on your skin tone:
Bright blues, purples and neon greens look great on pale skin tones. You might want to steer clear of oranges and yellows though, purely because these just won't pop as much as other shades, and might end up looking a little odd after wearing off half-way through the day.
NYX Prismatic Eye Shadow in Punk Heart, £5.00
Max Factor Max Colour Effects Dip-in Eye Shadow in Vibrant Tu, £5.99
Maybelline Color Tattoo in Endless Purple, £4.99
Medium skin tones can work with most neon shades but the most flattering of all are warm oranges, corals and violets.
NYX Primal Colours in Hot Orange, £5.50
Max Factor Wild Shadow in Vicious Purple, £4.99
NYX Primal Colors in Hot Pink, £5.50
Alright so you're the lucky ones, because every single super bright shade looks AMAZING against dark skin. The only problem you might have, is getting the neon-ness of the colour to truly come through. If you're struggling to get the colour pigment to pop - try layering the eyeshadow on top of a neon liner to give the colour an extra oomph.
