There's no two ways about it: feet are pretty gross. From dry skin to yellow toes - being stuck inside shoes and hidden away all winter really takes it's toll on our poor ol' trotters. Meaning that now the sun's shining and it's time to unveil our feet to the world again, they're in pretty dire condition.
But worry not - because we've devised the PERFECT at-home pedicure that'll sort your feet right out and get 'em looking flip-flop fit in no time.
Footner is our absolute guilty pleasure when it comes to foot maintenance. They're essentially 'exfoliating socks' that make your feet shed ALL THE DEAD SKIN and it's both SO GROSS and SO GAHD DAMN GREAT.
You pop on the plastic slippers that contain an exfoliating gel, leave them on for an hour and then wash off. After a couple of days, your feet will begin to SHED all of the dead skin - and you'll then be left with baby soft skin.
Micro Pedi, £24.95
If you've not got time for footner (or the thought of your skin peeling off and shedding in your socks grosses you out) then Micro Pedi is another fab way of getting rid of dry skin.
The micro-mineral rollers buff away dry, hard and rough skin from your feet in seconds - and it's safer than metal scrapers or graters some salons use.
The Body Shop Foot Scrub, £7.00
For an even gentler scrub, we love The Body Shop's Peppermint Soothing Pumice Foot Scrub. Soak your tooties in the bath for 10 minutes and then give 'em a good scrub. The exfoliating volcanic rock granules help to slough away dead skin, while the peppermint soothes and tingles.
Deborah Lippmann Genie in a Bottle, £18.00
If your toes are looking a bit yellow and discoloured - then this purple toned base coat will sort ya right out. The violet pigments neutralise dull tones and brighten yellowing nails helping them appear lighter and whiter.
