This time, it's nappy rash cream that Farah's smearing all over her face to combat spots, and well - it's actually not as bonkers as it sounds.
If you've ever used Sudocreme on your spots before then this kinda follows the same logic. Basically, nappy rash cream (or diaper rash cream as the Americans call it) contains zinc oxide that Farah says can be amazing for calming down particularly hormonal or cystic acne.
Farah smears the stuff all over her face overnight, and washes it off in the morning - revealing 'skin as smooth as a babies butt.'
Sounds great, right? Well of course - there's some scepticism to this hack, too.
Dr Rachel Nazarian told MarieClaire.com: "Although diaper rash creams have a combination of ingredients that help babies recover from the irritation of yeast, moisture, and bacteria, not all the ingredients are helpful when applied to the face,
"Applying zinc oxide to the face is not a good idea for acne-prone skin as it causes occlusion of the skin and can trap sweat and heat underneath, oftentimes triggering acne."
Oh. Well that's annoying then. What do you reckon? Let us know if you've tried it and it's worked for you over @sugarscape. Taaaaa
