You've probably already read her Confessions of a Shopaholic series, but Finding Audrey is Sophie Kinsella's first YA novel ever - so we thought we'd get her to write a li'l somethin' somethin' for us to celebrate.

Here she is revealing her hilarious Confessions of a Serial Obsessive which any fangirl will be able to relate to.

By Sophie Kinsella...

Confession time: I'm a serial obsessive, and I love giving obsessional traits to my characters. In my new book, Finding Audrey, one character is obsessed by video games, while another is obsessed by whatever latest fad she's read in the Daily Mail. But what are my latest, real-life obsessions? Well, there are quite a few...

1. My Nutribullet

love this new toy. My mornings are now all about choosing which combo of fruit and veg to chop up and blitz into a smoothie. And the best thing is, I can then eat anything I like for the rest of the day, guilt-free. (That's the science, right...?)

2. The Mapp and Lucia books

I watched the TV series, got totally addicted and ordered the entire series in one fell swoop.

3. Cleanser

I'm obsessed by finding the right one. Not too creamy, not too harsh... the one I'm on at the moment is Shu Uemura's cleansing oil, and it could just be The One.

4. Will we have a good summer?

This obsession kicks in every year, about April. I read every news story, every website, ask all my friends and neighbours what they think, scan the sky every evening... I should really leave the country.

5. Fish

I can't bear to think of the oceans being stripped of the fish population by over-fishing, and I think we need even more awareness.

6. My book

Whichever one I'm working on. It's in my head, all the time. I hear the voices, mouth dialogue to myself and walk around in a bit of a blur.

7. Other people's books

Once I start a book, I have to inhale the whole thing, right then. Which makes reading tricky while I'm writing.

8. The perfect pair of high heels

They're fabulous, you can walk in them, and no-one else I know has them. I just know they're out there if I look hard enough...

9. The Clooneys

What do Amal and George talk about when they're alone? Or do they just stand, contemplating each other in awestruck admiration? Do they ever flop on the bed together, saying, 'Yippee! We're the Clooneys! Everyone in the world wants to be us!'?

10. The way I obsess about things

I really, really have to stop. In fact, not-obsessing may become my next obsession...
