You've probably already heard of Cecelia Ahern from the novel that inspired a thousand tears, P.S I Love You. But, if you don't keep up to date on your YA releases, you might not know that she's recently shifted over into writing for a younger audience; resulting in her new book, Flawed.
We're not here to spoil the plot for you guys, but what we can say is that the story is about a girl called Celestine North, who is basically living the perfect life with a lovely, charming boyfriend to match. Good for her, right?
Well, things then take a bit of an unexpected turn when - in a dystopian society that punishes flaws and praises perfection, Celestine is faced with paying the price for an instinctual act of kindness. Oh, jeez. Have a read of the first four chapters, here.
Well, that's one 'F' you REALLY don't want to get.
Hooked already? Flawed is out now, so if you're up for an intense new dystopian read, this is definitely one you'll want to consider.
