Confirming that she’d had to cancel her Australia trip, Selena stated that she’d made the decision to “spend some time on myself” having worked solidly without any time off. However, one alleged insider has told Star magazine that the problem is much darker than simply needing a break.

According to the source, Selena’s struggle started when she tried to ditch her good girl image by starring in Spring Breakers: “Selena started hanging out and partying with Vanessa and Ashley. And once they wrapped, the party didn’t end.”

“They want to help her - and if that means getting her into a discreet rehab, that’s what they will do”, they added.

Eesh, they’re pretty huge claims to make about Selena, right? Fortunately, a rep for Sellers has stated that: “Selena has no plans or any reason whatsoever to enter rehab”, so fingers crossed that this is just another pesky trouble maker causing chaos.
