Miley Cyrus has apparently skipped a scheduled performance in favour of spending more time in Australia with Liam Hemsworth.
The return of Miam has been a slow-burning thing, with Miley helping Liam to adopt a puppy and then posting an Instagram snap of herself wearing his onesie back in the Autumn. In recent weeks, they've both been spotted hanging out in Australia, with sources at The Daily Telegraph claiming the couple were caught "kissing and cuddling" at a festival in Byron Bay.
This time, speculation on their relationship status doesn't come from a fancy news source, but from a songwriter called Linda Perry who worked with Miley on a song called 'Hands Of Love' that features in the film Freeheld.
Addressing the audience at party held in the film's honour, Vanity Fair reported that Linda explained Miley's absence from the event by sharing that she's still hanging out in Australia. She also made some nice comments about what it was like to work with Miley, so we doubt she'll be too angry:
expecting a fucking hurricane, but

generous with her time. She was so sweet. I'm a huge fan now because of
Oh, and if you're wondering why we haven't received any holiday Instagram posts from Miley, a source at HollywoodLife claims that it's all down to Liam's anti social-media influence: "You can pretty much tell by her Instagram when she's hanging out with
him because her account goes silent. It's one of their rules, and
something she will have to stick to if she wants to keep him happy."
So, even more evidence is piling up that Miam/Liley is making a happy return.
