The cast for the new Dirty Dancing remake has just grown in size, because Sarah Hyland has recently been announced to join the team for the upcoming ABC remake.
Sarah will be playing the part of Lisa Houseman, Baby's older sister, and will join Nicole Scherzinger as Penny, Debra Messing as the Houseman mum, Colt Prattes as Johnny, and Abigail Breslin who's nabbed the role of Frances "Baby" Houseman.
EW were the ones to officially confirm the casting choice, which Sarah then responded to by tweeting: "Verrrrrry exciting news guys!!!!! Now where are my dance shoes and ukelele??? before giving a shout-out to onscreen sister Abigail.
Not much is known about when the remake will actually be released, but as far as we're concerned it's never too early to start dancing around the room with your cat to 'She's Like The Wind' in preparation.
