The Kardashians may be THE voices of authority on things like contouring, selfies, and reality TV - but the Azerbaijan ambassador to the United States reckons they should keep schtum when it comes to more serious things, like war.
In fact, Elin Suleymanov isn't happy with Kim, Khloe and Rob Kardashian, after they asked fans to pray for Armenia following the recent conflict.
In a phone interview with Foreign Policy on Wednesday, Suleymanov singled out Kim specifically, arguing that she should keep out of political issues.
"She's very famous and beloved by her fans, but matters of war and peace are a little too serious for a reality TV star," he said.
Errrr, patronising much? Just because someone is famous, it doesn't mean they're stupid, pal. Or that they can't air their opinions whenever and however they want.
"[I] try not to cross into areas I'm not familiar," he added. "I'm not sure Ms. Kardashian is a military or political analyst, so maybe we should all do what we do best."
Hmmm yeah - except Kim and family weren't attempting to advise the Armenian forces on military strategy, were they? They were simply asking people to keep those affected by the conflict in their thoughts.
