The latest development in her sexual assault lawsuit means Kesha will come face-to-face with alleged abuser Dr Luke in a deposition after she is ordered to testify under oath.
As the lawsuit between Kesha and Dr Luke continues, the singer will reportedly take the stand and be forced to explain her allegations against him under oath, according to The Daily Mail.
She has also been subpoenaed, which basically means she'll be questioned by Dr Luke's lawyers on camera during a deposition - where she will be asked about the rape, assault and abuse claims she has filed.
All this comes as Kesha made her first public performance alongside Zedd during his set at Coachella, as the highly public legal struggle continues.
The judge has already denied Kesha the ability to have her released from her contract with Sony, which means she will have to continue working under the same company as her alleged attacker - real name Lukasz Sebastian Gottwald.
Fans have continued to trend #FreeKesha on Twitter throughout the legal battle, as rapper The Game has also stepped forward to defend her.
Speaking to TMZ, he said: "Let her off the label, man, I don't understand music and the slave mentality. You know, if the artist is not happy, man, you should let the artist do their thing. But you signed a contract...F*ck a contract.
"You know what a contract is?" Game asked. "A piece of paper that I signed when I was dumb and illiterate to the music business, you know what I'm sayin'. And then you figure it out, you get smart, you get aware, and you realize you signed some bullshit."
So there you go.
