It was reported back in December that Mark Salling, who you'll probably know as Noah 'Puck' Puckerman from Glee, had been arrested on charges of possessing child pornography. At the time, he posted $20,000 for bail amid claims there were over 600 indecent images of children on his computer.
Well, the latest update on the case is that Mark is being formally indicted on two charges relating to child pornography, pertaining to three videos and one still image of young girls that were stored on his hard drive.
The charges could result in Mark being sentenced to 40 years in prison - 20 on the charge of receiving child porn and a further 20 for possession, and he is expected to surrender to federal authorities on June 3rd where he will face the charges of the indictment.
U.S. Attorney Eileen Decker spoke out with regards to the case, saying: "Young victims are harmed every time an image is generated, every time it is distributed and every time it is viewed."
