The drama between Louis Tomlinson and baby mama Briana Jungwirth has been going on for so long now that we're pretty sure we'll be wrinkled, grey and smelling a bit like cats by the time it's all sorted.
But the latest reports reckon that their custody battle over baby Freddie could finally be heading towards a conclusion, as it's thought that Louis is now heading to court to seek joint custody over their bubba.
Sources claim that he's become pretty fed up of having "inconsistent" access to his son, and is now seeking a more official arrangement to make sure he gets to spend as much time with the Fredster as poss.
According to insiders over at TMZ, Louis is keen to be a hands-on dad for Freddie, and wants to play a bigger and more equal role in raising him alongside Briana and her family.
It's been rumoured for ages that Tommo and Bad Gal Bri Bri don't exactly see eye to eye on the subject, so now their custody battle will reportedly go through court, to ask a judge to grant him an equal half of the time with Freddie.
The report also claims that Louis is currently forking out a fairly whopping $15,000 a month in child support for Freddie, and as part of the newly decided arrangement, a judge will also set a new 'appropriate' amount.
Whatever drama might going on between Tommo and Briana, it doesn't look like Freddie's too bothered either way. What a CUTIE.
