James McVey off of The Vamps is bloody brilliant when it comes to spreading those positive vibes, isn't he? In the past he's had his say on everything from body image to animal cruelty; and now he's got some advice for anyone being bullied.
Since it's Stop Bullying Day, our Jimbob reckons it's important to 'stand up' and not 'suffer alone.' Gah, the lad talks so much SENSE.
Offering advice to victims of bullying, James told Sky News: "Bullying is something that affects a lot of people - it's not isolated to small situations. I would honestly, from personal experience, advise anyone who is feeling isolated from being bullied to stand up today.
"You don't have to suffer alone. There are people out there who can help you."
Chatting about his experiences previously, James tweeted: "I was bullied and didn't fit in to any groups at school. It sucks at the time but I am happy now...just focus on being yourself and getting the best grades...I don't even see anyone from my school any more.
"It's always best to tell someone. And also remember that these people won't be in your life forever...You've got to realise that after school these people will mean NOTHING to you and you've got to stay strong."
