After penning that seriously emotional Instagram post about body shaming, Gigi Hadid has spoken out again about how we should build each other up to be confident in the way we look. QUEEN.
Back in August 2015, you might remember Gigi Hadid, supermodel, mega babe and very intelligent human being (Zayn Malik said it so it must be true) wrote an open letter to body shamers after Fashion Week.
She commented on how she realises she has a different body shape to other models and 'boobs, abs, a butt and thighs', but that she's proud of who she is and she's not going to change that for anybody.
Gigi slayed, we all clapped her until she probably couldn't hear anymore, and she's now spoken out again to Vogue in a podcast about why she felt the need to pen such an emotional post.
"That was the journal entry that I thought would help people and let people know that they can speak up and defend themselves," she explained. "Everyone is affected by the pressures that come from being on social media. We're all human. I'll never say that it doesn't affect me. Sometimes it's harder than others."
She continued: "I never didn't like my body [growing up]. I was very athletic. I was proud of why my body was the way it was ... You do everything you can to be healthy and do what makes you feel good and feel happy. That's just always how I've looked at it."
OH WE LOVE HER MORE THAN TRIPLE CHOCOLATE PUDDING.
