As we reported this morning, a paparazzo was tragically killed while trying to photograph Justin Bieber's white Ferarri - which he wasn't even in at the time.
The photographer was hit by an oncoming car while trying to photograph Justin's - and Bieber's released a statement on the tragic events.
"While I was not present nor directly involved with this tragic accident, my thoughts and prayers are with the family of the victim," he said this afternoon.
"Hopefully this tragedy will finally inspire meaningful legislation and whatever other necessary steps to protect the lives and safety of celebrities, police officers, innocent public bystanders, and the photographers themselves."
This should certainly make the world wise up to the danger paps put themselves and their "subjects" in while trying to get that money-shot - do you think a law should be passed to protect everyone?
