The SaturdaysFrankie Sandford knows what it’s like to suffer with mental illness as last year she opened up about her own battle with depression. Now the singer is doing what she can to promote awareness by becoming ambassador for mental health charity, Mind.

“Mind is a fantastic charity that does so much to support anyone living with a mental health problem,” says Frankie, who is the youngest person to ever take on this role at Mind.

“I have got to know the charity over the last few months and am really pleased and proud to have been invited to be an ambassador. There is still so much stigma and fear around mental health and I hope that by being an ambassador for Mind I can help raise awareness and get people talking about something that affects one in four of us.”

To celebrate this brilliant partnership, Frankie and Mind have an awesome money-can’t-buy prize to win a two day trip to Alton Towers with Frankie as company.
