Over in the world of high-fashion, there's a new label on everyone's lips. It's called 'Vetements' and it hit the Paris Fashion Week runway yesterday - but what's with all the hoopla, you say? Well, let us explain.
Pronounced Vet-MAHN (obviously) the brand's name is literally the French word for clothes - very fitting. It's the birth-child of a dude called Demna Gvasalia - who also happens to be the Creative Director of Balenciaga and has already amassed a massive celeb following of the likes of Taylor Swift, Rihanna, Kendall and Kylie Jenner. Impressive.
The clothes themselves? Well there's a mixture of over-sized hoodies, worn out jeans, slogan tees and super chunky heels that basically all have a cool, wearable street-style vibe to them.
The bad news is, most of the Vetements garms will set you back at least a hefty $1,000. Which, yeah - isn't exactly ideal.
We're kind of obsessed with it though and WISH we could afford it. But, because we're not gazillionaires over here at Sugarscape HQ, here's some stuff on the high-street that you can wear to channel your inner Vetements cool-girl vibe instead:
