Taylor Swift is looking pretty and summery on the cover of Wonderland's April/May issue, which hits the shelves this week. Decked out in a floral yellow dress and posing with a skateboard for the shoot, she graces the cover with... that heart-hand-thing, wearing strong red nails to match her dress, and natural looking make-up on her face.
She spoke to the magazine about feeling the need to defend herself in relationships: "If you go through life needing to feel like the good guy all the time, you’re just delusional," she said.
"Relationships are like traffic lights, and I just have this theory that I can only exist in a relationship if it’s a green light." OH THAT SOUNDS LIKE A LYRIC TO US, SWIZZLESTICK. WRITE THAT BAD BOY DOWN.
"I’ve kind of realised that I have no idea where I’m going to be next year, or in six months, or in two months," she continued. "I mean, I know where I’ll be on tour in two months, but no idea where I’m going to be mentally, emotionally, dreams, goals, wishes, hopes. I have no idea if I’m going to get married or be single forever or have a family or just be on my own. You know, paint in a cottage by the ocean by myself. I just have no idea and I’m kind of into that."
Moving on to discussing how she deals with heartbreak, Taylor revealed; "It’s very complex; you’re never feeling just sad. Maybe you wake up and you feel sad, and then you get angry, and then you feel like ‘I’m fine’, and then you feel confident, and then you feel a sense of doubt, and then you’re insecure, and then there’s jealousy, and then you’re back to sad – and then you feel fine again."
But Tay-Swizzlay remains hopeful that there's more fun lurking in the future - not least of all because this is essentially her lucky year, featuring the number 13 'n' all.
"So even if, you know, you go through difficult things, hard things, unexpected things that kind of knock you over for a second, I think the year 2013, that has to mean that things are happening for a reason, right?" she finished. RIGHT TAY-TAY.
