Emma Stone is forever battling for the top spot with Jennifer Lawrence over which famous lady we’d most like to be best friends with, but this latest story about her shenanigans to annoy Colin Firth has definitely given her a few bonus points.
In the most hilarious celeb story of the day, Emma’s admitted that she recently wound up her co-star Colz by live-texting him throughout the entire Bridget Jones movie as she watched him playing Mark Darcy on screen. AGH WE LOVE HER.
Talking to The Daily Beast about working with Colin in their new movie Magic In The Moonlight, Emma admitted that she’s a major Firth fangirl: "I've seen Love Actually about 18 times. I’ve seen Bridget Jones too many times now.”
Revealing her uhmazing prank, Emma spilled: “You were so upset with me! I live-texted Colin the plot of Bridget Jones: The Edge of Reason a few months back while I was watching it. You were very upset with me, if I remember correctly. I talked him through what he was doing.”
"I've seen many of Colin's movies," Em-Stone continued, adding that her mum also "absolutely does love Colin.”
But the cherry on top of the whole chat came later in the interview, when Colin quoted Groucho Marx to say: "Am I just a quote-bore?” before Emma quoted Mark Darcy in Bridget Jones saying, "I like you very much...just as you are.”
If she was here, we’d give her a doughnut for that. Incredible.
After Colin got all embarrassed because he's a little love, Emma said: ”That was so good, and you know it! Look at you...you're all red now. Oh, Colin, you're so wonderful.”
These two being bezzies these days is making our life about 5000 per cent better.
