Amy Schumer shut dowwwwwwn a teen film critic on Twitter this week, after he posted a selfie she'd taken with him at the Critics' Choice Awards, accompanied by a slut-shaming comment.
17-year-old Jackson Murphy met the Trainwreck star at the snazzy industry event, and even nabbed a pic - but his attempt at humour when he shared it online didn't go down well with... well, anyone really. Including Amy.
"Spent the night with @amyschumer. Certainly not the first guy to write that", he wrote.
Amy spotted the mention and snapped back, replying: "I get it. Cause I'm a whore? Glad I took a photo with you. Hi to your dad."
Jackson was quick to apologise, deleting the tweet and admitting that his comment was misjudged and just really not funny.
"Thought you'd like the joke. I should leave the comedy to you! Thanks for the photo. Glad you won last night!" he wrote in one tweet.
"I truly apologize for the tweet I posted earlier. I'm not a comedian and it wasn't funny," he said in second post.
Amy was quick to forgive him, writing:"That's really okay honey. I just remember thinking you and your dad were sweet and it was a bummer to read that"
Phwef, at least it all got sorted out, eh? What do you make of all this?
