Actress and all round great human being Ellen Page came out as gay in February 2014, and has since created an insightful and awesome docu-series Gaycation, which explores the treatment of LGBT communities around the world.
The series makes its debut on Vice's new stand-alone TV channel Viceland, and follows Ellen Page's journey around the world exploring queer cultures and the way people express themselves within the LGBT community in different places.
She's joined on the trip by her best friend Ian Daniel, and in the trailer, the pair travel to Tokyo, Brazil and Jamaica, visiting the gay districts and speaking to transgender people and LGBT teenagers about their own journeys.
It looks like it's going to be an absolutely awesome and insightful programme, and we couldn't recommend we all watch it enough. Gaycation premieres Wednesday, March 2, at 10pm, and you can check out the trailer below.
We're very excited for this to happen, how about you? What do you make of Ellen's new docu-series? Let's discuss it over on our twitter or in the comment box below, thanks pals.
