Whilst it might not be the iPhone 7 that everyone's been raving about, Apple have revealed shed loads of details about their new model: the iPhone 6C. But what do we actually know so far, then?
When can I get my hands on one?
Rumours amongst tech-lovers have been floating about all over the place about whether or not we can expect two Apple releases this year, and it turns out the answer is YUP. Whilst the iPhone 7 looks like it won't drop until September 2016, a March unveiling looks increasingly likely for the 6C model.
What will it look like?
OK OK so this is the fun bit. Apparently Apple are hoping to introduce a follow-up to the now discontinued iPhone 5C with bright colours and potentially a plastic surround rather than a metal one. It'll be rounded in design - falling somewhere between the iPhone 5S and 6 in size - and a lot cheaper than the upcoming 7. Four colours are apparently available, and it's rumoured to be skinnier than it's 5C older sister.
Will it be different to the iPhone 6?
Seeing as it's a cheaper version, the 6C is unlikely to involve any more bits and bobs than the iPhone 6. That's not to say it won't be bloody great, because it will - and it'll have a Touch ID finger print sensor that wasn't available on the 5C.
Yes but is it mega expensive?
Models start at around £459 - which yes is a sh*tload of money, but it's a fraction of the price of a 7. The 5C was Apple's most affordable iPhone ever which suggests the 6C will be too - hopefully coming in at around £100 cheaper than the 6S.
Can I expect a huge screen, then?
Apple are hoping to head back to their 'small and stylist' routes, meaning the screen will have decent definition and all - but don't go expecting the pressure-sensitive 3D Touch panel featured on the 6S. Just saying.
Important things - what's the selfie camera like?
Luckily for all y'all selfie lovers, the camera on the 6C is exactly the same as the 6 - which is AMAZING. It's got a 1.2 megapixel front facing camera (which doesn't seem like a lot but actually it's well good), and an 8 megapixel normal camera. Yaaaas.
