Seeing as we hate nothing more than change (we're still lamenting the moment Zayn Malik left One Direction RIP), the latest rumours about Apple ditching the headphone jack on the iPhone 7 for something *entirely* different make us dread reading anything on the internet ever again. AGH.
So the details about the 6SE model have just started floating around, but tech fans have turned their attention to the iPhone 7 after a leaked research memo seems to suggest a second speaker will be added to the handset instead of a headphone jack. Oooh.
According to AppleInsider, the new move will give the iPhone 7 stereo audio to rival super smartphones with an awesome sound, in order to keep things moving forward in the Apple world.
Thus (we so faancy), lucky chops with the 7 model will have to upgrade to wireless or bluetooth headphones, as there's nowhere for the old wired to go into.
Alternatively it's thought adapters, which allow current headphones to plug into the battery charger jack, will start to become more readily available, with future earphones being available that connect straight into the battery bit anyway.
Seeing as any change takes a while to get used to we're not sure we're on board with this just yet - but then again, it will make the whole design way slicker n shit so YOU KNOW.
What do you lot reckon? Are you loving or loathing this design? Let's discuss over on our twitter or in the comment box below, you fancy lot.
