If anyone ever asks why we've grown allergic to the sun and haven't had an IRL social life for over 2 years, we're going to blame Snapchat. Why? Because every time they introduce a new feature, we become more and more addicted to it and don't really know what to do with ourselves other than pull stupid faces dressed as a dog. Le sigh.
And the latest update is no exception, with the people over at Snapchat FINALLY introducing the moving emoji feature we've all been waiting for: the ability to pin them to a video and make them move along with it. Yaaaas.
They revealed: "We've taken sticker creativity to a new level! Starting tomorrow at 9am PT, Snapchatters will be able to attach an emoji (or multiple emojis) to an object(s) in a video snap and have the sticker move, rotate, and scale automatically."
What it basically means is you can stick the poo with eye emojis over your brother when he's annoying and it'll move along with him. HOURS OF FUN.
To do it, simply film a video like normal > click the emoji tab > choose an emoji > place it over the object/person you want it to stick to > long-hold.
Ta-daaah. The new update is rolling out today, although when we tried to do it, it hadn't yet updated. BOO.
