Real talk: there is nothing more annoying than having to choose which app to delete when the 'not enough storage space' message pops up on your iPhone, which is why Apple have answered all our prayers and made it possible to get rid of the pointless apps you've probably never used. 

Yep, it's good news for anyone with an Apple iPhone today, after the big cheeses at the tech company announced that with iOS 10, users will be able to ditch the company's built-in apps to make room for more fun ones.

To delete an app, hold down on one until they all jiggle, and click the little cross in the top left hand corner. Simples.

What's more, if you fancy re-downloading the Stocks app (God knows why) at any more, you can do it easy peasy by popping into the App store and searching for it, like you would with any app. Hooray and hurrah.

Speaking about Apple's plan to cut down on the amount of software necessary for each iOS, Chief Executive Officer Tim Cook said: "This is a more complex issue than it first appears. There are some apps that are linked to something else on the iPhone.

"If they were to be removed they might cause issues elsewhere on the phone. There are other apps that aren't like that. So over time, I think with the ones that aren't like that, we'll figure out a way."
