Now that we've all been dragged out of the hole entitled 'Life After Stranger Things' by news of a second series, the creators have revealed details about new characters and future sets. OOOH.
So yesterday a teaser trailer for the next series was chucked online and we've already delved way into the world of Upside Down (sort of) to discover everything there is to know about Season 2 so far.
And now? Stranger Things directors and creators Matt and Ross Duffer have been chinwagging with Entertainment Weekly about what we can expect from the future.
They explained: "There's going to be a lot of new and interesting dynamics that we didn't see in season one.
"We obviously have this gate to another dimension, which is still very much open in the town of Hawkins. And a lot of questions there in terms of, if the Monster is dead, was it a singular monster? What else could be out there?
"We really don't go in there much until they go in to find Will at the end. So we've opened up this doorway, and to us it's exciting to talk about, like, what else is behind there? There's a lot more mystery there to be solved."
Season two will feature nine episodes - one more than the first season, and Netflix has confirmed it will air in 2017 at some point. Oh how EXCITING.
