It would be fair to say that Channing Tatum rippling his muscles and ripping off his stripper trousers in Magic Mike have been a large highlight of our year. But apparently sexy dancing isn't all he's got to offer and he's apparently planning to quit acting for a while in favour of pursuing his directing career.
Apparently crotch thrusting isn't all Channing is cracked up for and instead he's planning on spending more time in a beret telling other actors what to do.
Getting excited about all the projects he's juggling with his Magic Mike co-writer to the EW, Channers said: "[Reid and I] have about three to four ideas that we love that are all in the hopper," he said, presumably meaning orijects they have on the go.
"By the end of next year, we're going to shut things down and write the first thing that we're going to direct."
"We're going to be like, 'Alright, no more acting parts for a minute, let's take a few moments and really get caring about that section of our career'."
The loss of Channing's fit face is not the only thing that worries about us; how the hell are they supposed to make a Magic Mike sequel without his crotch thrusting prowess?
What do you think?
