One Direction's Louis Tomlinson and Briana Jungwirth have reportedly reached a 'temporary settlement' in the custody battle over their newborn baby Freddie Reign Tomlinson.
After melting hearts all over the world with adorable photos of their son and Tommo slaying our souls when he revealed what he wants Freddie's first word to be, it's thought the pair are caught up in a lawsuit regarding custody.
According to TMZ, Louis instructed a lawyer on Friday morning after Briana prevented him from seeing his one-month-old child.
The site claims the issue is money, with Briana stopping Louis from seeing Freddie after she asked for 'way more' financial support than Louis was willing to give her.
It's thought the pair have come to a temporary agreement though, which allows Louis 'access to the child for several hours at a time during the week', but no overnight visits, whilst lawyers hammer out a more permanent settlement in regards to custody and child support.
The website also reported that Louis hopes to come to a more stable agreement in the near future, and that he had been planning to ask a judge 'to formally establish paternity and give him access to Freddie'.
Details of the custody battle obviously haven't been disclosed, but give us a tweet @Sugarscape what you make of all this if you fancy.
