Loads of Justin Bieber fans have been left lying on the cold, hard ground this morning with their dreams shattered into a million pieces, as he's gone and cancelled all future meet and greets after admitting that they leave him "at the point of depression".
Having initially shocked Beliebers by charging a totally affordable $2000 for M&G tickets, Justin has now put a stop to all planned meets on his Purpose World Tour, blaming the pressure of meeting people's expectations for his decision.
We're only a few days in to the Purpose Tour, but the company behind Biebo's backstage experiences said in an FAQ that the meet and greet opportunities had been pulled for security reasons.
However, Justin himself later took to Instagram to explain the situation and made no mention of security, instead confessing that the one-on-one sessions with fans left him feeling "drained and unhappy".
"Love u guys.. I'm going to be cancelling my meet and greets," Justin wrote. "I enjoy meeting such incredible people but I end up feeling so drained and filled with so much of other people's spiritual energy that I end up so drained and unhappy…"
"Want to make people smile and happy but not at my expense and I always leave feeling mentally and emotionally exhausted to the point of depression."
"The pressure of meeting people's expectations of what I'm supposed to be is so much for me to handle and a lot on my shoulders," Justin said.
Adding that he "never wants to disappoint" fans, Justin ended his announcement by saying that he wants to "stay in the healthy mindset" to make sure that his Purpose shows are the best shows he's ever done.
It's a pretty big decision for Justin to have made, but at least we don't need to sell our little brother on the black market anymore for the chance to meet him. Every cloud.
