It looks like Justin Bieber is making another bid for controversy to become his middle name, after a fan filed a lawsuit to sue him for $100k after he allegedly smashed up their phone. Uh oh.
After shaving off his dreadlocks and sending Twitter into mourning, Justin Bieber has found himself at the centre of a scandal of a different kind now that he allegedly broke a person's phone when they filmed him spilling beer all over himself. So that's a bit awkward.
According to TMZ, the situation came about when a fan filmed Justin attempting to use a 'beer bong' (y'know one of those really long glasses with a tube that you pour into your mouth) and accidentally pouring it all over himself. Is it bad that we imagine this to be q funny?
He was allegedly 'furious' when he realised the awkward moment had been filmed by fella Robert Earl Morgan, and apparently grabbed the man's cellphone and smashed it to pieces.
The onlooker has now filed a lawsuit for $100k against the singer, and at this point all we can think about JB doing is asking is it too late now to say sorry? No but seriously, is it?
In the lawsuit, which was filed by Jason Friedman, the man claims he never got his SIM card back after the phone was destroyed, which was reportedly full of irreplaceable images as well as business contacts that eventually cost him money.
Still, if el Biebo tried to smash up our phone, we'd probably be grateful. WE JOKE WE JOKE. Sort of.
