Right so don't get your hopes up too much, but we're about to use the words 'One Direction', 'Hiatus' and 'over' all in the same sentence. You ready?
After filming A League of Their Own, comedian Dan Walton tweeted that One Direction's hiatus was over and sent the fandom into absolute meltdown - only for Niall Horan to shut him down with one single question.
So sport loving fella Niall Horan filmed ALOTO yesterday with James Corden, Jack Whitehall, Freddie Flintoff, Kirsty Gallacher, Nick Grimshaw and Dan Walton and all sorts of BTS pics were shared all over Twitter.
And one person who was sharing those BTS shots was Dan, who later tweeting revealing he thought One Direction's hiatus was over and a "BRAND NEW album" would be dropping in 2017.
He wrote: "Can't wait for the news to break! @NiallOfficial @Harry_Styles @Louis_Tomlinson @Real_Liam_Payne #ALOTO"
"I shall have an EXCLUSIVE @onedirection announcement at 6pm! @Harry_Styles @NiallOfficial @Real_Liam_Payne @Louis_Tomlinson #1D"
"WHO IS EXCITED!? #ALOTO #1D The hiatus is OVER, people. @NiallOfficial, @Real_Liam_Payne, @Louis_Tomlinson & @Harry_Styles are dropping a BRAND NEW album in 2017.#1D"
"I've had lots of asking if I'm being serious and yes, I'm being deadly serious. Album in the spring.Tour in the winter."
Er, but el Horanzo wasn't really having any of it, and later tweeted Dan back saying "who are you?"
Er, yeah. Not entirely sure tbh. How about you lot? Let us know what you make of all this confusing chatter over @Sugarscape, yo yo yo.
