As you're probably aware, the 2016 Olympic games are happening right now over in Rio. Now if you know the first thing about it, it'll be obvious that exercise isn't really our bag. The closest we've got is watching 5SOS's pop punk workout from their latest Sounds Live Feels Live tour diary. Hmm.
ANYWAY, we think we might actually be able to get on board with all this Olympics malarky after Twitter brought USA swimmer Nathan Adrian to our attention. Why? 'Cos he's basically Calum Hood from the future.
Nathan and Team USA have literally just won gold in the 4x100 freestyle relay (no idea) in Rio, and while that's all well and good and we're well chuffed for him we can't quite get over the fact he's essentially an older, still-really-fit Cal-Pal.
IT'S UNCANNY FOR CRYING OUT LOUD.
Nathan's actually 27 (Calum's only 20, innit), but if the aging process is this kind to him chances are his poster's gonna be on wall till approx 2029. Hoorah.
