OK people of the internet, there's a wild conspiracy theory going round that YouTuber Fun For Louis, otherwise known as Louis Cole, is being paid and used by North Korea for positive propaganda.

Yep.

So if you don't follow him on YouTube/Twitter/Instagram/otherwise, you might not know that Louis has been out in North Korea filming videos and taking pictures with the aim of (and we quote from his YouTube description): "trying to focus on positive things in the country and combat the purely negative image we see in the Media."

And whilst the travelling aspect seems fairly normal for a full time vlogger, YouTube fans and subscribers alike have been quick to point out that North Korea seems like an odd choice of destination considering the alarming political reports surrounding the place.

According to YouTube fans, Louis is allegedly yet to reference the political unrest or human rights violations in his posts, nor has he pointed out whether or not the content is sponsored - which has led some viewers to question whether or not he's being paid to go there for propaganda purposes.

Someone on Twitter commented: "It's ludicrous that you think you were seeing anything true. No barriers were broken. Congrats on contributing to propaganda", whilst another added: "Louis Cole's vlogs made me read and watch stuff about North Korea again and it's so devastating".

During his trip, Louis also tweeted things such as: "Did you know North Korea have amazing water parks?", and "I bet you've never seen this side of North Korea!", which reportedly only added to people's belief in the theory.

HERE'S LOUIS COLE'S RESPONSE TO ALL THE DRAMA ABOUT HIS NORTH KOREA:

But what do you think? Is this all just a giant misunderstanding between viewers and Fun For Louis or do you think they might be on to something? Let us know your thoughts over on our Twitter @Sugarscape or in the comment box below.
