Yesterday, the One Direction fandom couldn't decide whether to explode or implode over news that Niall Horan, Harry Styles, Liam Payne and Louis Tomlinson might be getting back together.
Today, it's a different story - after the 'Future Events' tab was removed from One Direction's official website and a general feeling of WHAT TF IS GOING ON spread amongst fans.
OK so if we rewind a little bit, #OneDirectionIsNotOver trended all over Twitter yesterday after some observant fans noticed a 'Future Events' tab on One Direction's official website underneath the 'Tour' headline.
Everyone assumed this meant the hiatus was nearly over, the 1D lads were planning something fun and the opportunity to see them live again wasn't as farfetched as we first thought.
And then disaster struck - and the 'Future Events' tab was removed from the website, leaving the fandom crying into their cornflakes about WTF was going on.
The general assumption seems to be that this means 'Future Events' aren't as likely as we thought yesterday, and that the tab has actually always been there - we just never noticed. Damn.
Now can someone get us some Ben&Jerry's so we can have a good cry?
