Britney gets back to her old self, as she presents her young fans with the gift of music, bless!We

Pupils from a middle school in The Bronx, New York were amazed to see Britney turn up to class to present a cheque for £5,000. 

The gift was donated by Elizabeth Arden, the beauty company behind Britney's fragrance line, and will go towards a new music programme at the school - a cause close to Brit's heart.  Perhaps the new, improved music scheme will unearth the next Britney...who knows!

Britters was there to sign autographs, and was treated to a performance from the school orchestra.  She said: "I really enjoyed the time I spent at John Philips Sousa Middle School.  I loved hearing the school orchestra and the children sang so beautifully."

We're glad that Britney is back on the straight and narrow, and we're sure her kids are overjoyed to have their mom back to normal.  These 'humanity' visits will surely help her publicise her comeback album, but how excited are you about it?
