In a whirlwind tour around the world, Jemma McKenzie-Brown is having an amazing time with the rest of the cast after her first role in HSM3...

Imagine spending all day with the gorgeous Zac Efron, Vanessa Hudgens and Ashley Tisdale on set, well this lucky lady, Jemma McKenzie Brown, is the first Brit girl to make it into a High School Musical film!

While she was in London, promoting the film, we had a chat with her to see what it's really like being in the HSM whirlwind, check out the interview here:

How did you get your part in High School Musical 3?
I’m at a theatre school in London called the Sylvia Young Theatre School and that has an agency, so my agent got me a very good audition!

How did it feel being the only English girl on set?
It was cool! I was kind of a novelty on set. Everything to do with England, they would let me know about, like football, or soccer as they call it. They’d do British accents as I’d walk by, which was quite funny.

Did they ask you about your life back home?
Yeah, like mainly about the weather. I think they gathered that the weather is much better there. I’d tell them about the boot and the bonnet of the car, instead of the hood and the trunk.

Did you enjoy filming in America?
Yeah, I really did. I’d never been to America, apart from at the final auditions, so it was great to go and spend some time out there.

What did you miss about being at home?

My friends, my family, and I did actually miss going to school and seeing familiar faces.
