All the stars threw on their most glam frocks for the Keep A Child Alive's 5th Annual Ball, hosted by Alicia Keys. The life-changing organisation provides essential treatment, care and support services to children and their families with HIV/AIDS in Africa and third-world countries.

Lucky guests enjoyed a cocktail party followed by a live auction and dinner - we wonder if one of the prizes was a date with Justin Timberlake...
