Gok Wan has long been fashion and beauty super hero, but now he is taking on the bullies, go Gok!

Gok hasn't always be the stylish, popular dandy he is today - he was severely bullied for his appearance when he was young.  Even though he is one of TV's most loved presenters, he hasn't forgotten his own troubled experiences and is helping kids bite back!

Gok will be appearing alongside former Libery X singer Michelle Heaton in a special documentary for Nickelodeon's See Something, Say Something campaign - an initiative aimed at empowering kids to speak out against bullying.

In the half-hour documentary called The Bullied, 11-year old reporter Khem Rogaly speaks to kids who are victims of bullying while Gok and Michelle talk openly about their ordeals and give advice

Gok is delighted to take part in the campaign and tells of how he tackled the abuse.  He said: "I started to show everybody at school that I wasn't afraid to stand up for myself and talk back to them."  We know it's easier said than done, but why not tune in and see if Gok can help you stand up to the bullies!

The Bullied will be shown on Nickelodeon's Nick News at 6pm tonight. Here's a sneak peek...
