It's a spin-off of a spin-off and we can't wait for Feb 15th!

First there was Laguna Beach, dubbed as 'the real O.C.'. Then the lead character Lauren Conrad moved to Los Angeles and The Hills was born. It was on The Hills that Lauren, or LC as she is known, met Whitney whilst interning at Teen Vogue magazine. Now, Whitney has her own show The City, following her move to New York where she has a job in the public relations department of fashion designer Diane von Furstenberg. If Laguna Beach/The Hills was meant to be the real O.C., The City has to be the real Gossip Girl...

Olivia Palermo, a famous New York socialite, stars in the show (left). She is apparently the basis of the great Blair Waldorf character on Gossip Girl.
