A surprising twist in the Sugababe fiasco!

We told you yesterday that Keisha was chasing off rumours of a Sugababes split and denied that Jade Ewen would be replacing Amelle. Well she was right about one thing, Jade Ewen won't be replacing Amelle... she's replacing Keisha!

It was only a few days ago that Amelle had gone AWOL over band politics, that forced the trio to perform 2 gigs as a duo. It looked like the most recent Sugababe was on her way out. However, it is the only original bandmember left that has been sacked from the group.

Keisha left a parting message to fans on her Twitter, saying: "Dear friends, I'm sad to say that I am no longer a part of the Sugababes... Although it was not my choice to leave, it's time to enter a new chapter in my life... I would like to state that there were no arguments, bullying or anything of the sort that lead to this. Sometimes a breakdown in communication and lack of trust can result in many different things."

However, she is staying signed to Island Records as a solo artist... well, good luck Keisha!

And what's the future for the remaining Sugababes? Well, Jade, Heidi and Amelle are to proceed with recording their seventh album, Sweet Seven, on Jay-Z's Roc Nation label, and will go on to make their American debut. The album is due for release at the end of November... very soon!

We wish you the best, ladies!

What do you all think to the newest addition to the band? Do any of you feel sorry for Keisha for being forced out? Comments please...
