We've been fans of Ricky Whittle for a while now, probably since the first time we saw him with his top off, let's be honest. Grrrr. So we're pretty stoked that we get to see him every weekend in tight, pretty clothing on Strictly Come Dancing. Grrr again. But how much do YOU know about the Hollyoaks hottie?

1. HE'S WELL TRAVELLED: He was born on November 23, 1981 and because his daddy Harry was in the RAF, Ricky spent a lot of his childhood jet setting around the world.

2. HE COULD GIVE BECKS A RUN FOR HIS MONEY: He was scouted by Arsenal and Celtic before he hit the big time in Hollyoaks.He also represented the UK at youth level in rugby, American Football and athletics. Hot!

3. HE WAS A LATE STARTER: In his own words he was a "late bloomer" on the ladies front. He didn't have his first kiss until he was 16. jealous? Us? Much? The girl we all wish we could have been was called Una and he'd known her since primary school.

4. HE LOVES HIS CAR MORE THAN ANYTHING: Just don't tell his girlfriend! Rick' has confessed to being in total love with his cherished Dodge Ram car. "He's my baby. We go back... I'm gonna keep him forever. I've pimped him up a bit. He's got a remote start, so I can start him up from outside of the car." Erm, right.

5. HE WANTED TO BE A LAWYER: But boy are we glad he wasn't?! Ricky studied law at Southampton University, before modelling and Hollyoaks!
