Yep, you read that right...


Miley Cyrus and Timbaland have in fact hooked up... to do a song together! Wait, what did you think we meant?! Ewww, no! Somehow we don't think he's the songstress' type...

 

The superstar producer, Timbaland, has worked with the likes of Madonna, Justin Timberlake, Keri Hilson and One Republic, but we really never saw this Miley collaboration coming!

Proving she's all grown up and shouting "We belong to the music, we don't answer to you", we reckon, judging by her recent rants for independence and privacy, that this is a song Miley feels pretty strongly about.

It's still early days so there's not yet a high quality version of the new song, We Belong To Music, but even through the scratchy low quality version you can tell it's gonna be an awesome song! Have a listen...

We're already hugely excited to get a proper listen of this. It's to be released on Timbaland's new album, Shock Value 2, due for release November 24. What a celeb pairing this is!
