It seems like ten operations in one day isn't enough for The Hills star...


Heidi Montag shocked as all earlier this year when pictures of the reality star's new face and figure emerged after she went through an astonishing ten cosmetic ops in just one day.

The mass of surgeries that The Hills star had on that day in November included new breast implants, buttock implants, a nose job, ears pinned back, a brow lift and her chin reduced. The twenty three year old also had surgeries usually reserved for much older people, such as botox on her forehead and frown area and fat injected into her cheeks. We didn't know that twenty three year olds had frown lines?!

But despite the marathon of surgeries and the immense pain she has suffered, Heidi says she's still not happy and wants her boobs that are already a DDD even bigger. She told People Magazine: "I love my boobs but I still want them to improve. I didn't get them as big as I originally wanted." 

She is however happy with at least one part of her extreme makeover, telling the mag: "My favourite part is my chin. I think that's what I was so excited about."

Husband Spencer doesn't seem to be overly impressed with his new wife's dramatic overhaul, and much prefers the part of her that reminds him of the old Heidi - her hair. Those platinum blonde tresses are hardly natural looking but against the rest of her reformed body, we guess it's as close as you can get! Spencer said: "My favourite part is her hair. It keeps growing so naturally and beatifully." Hhhmmmm sounds like a man having doubts to us.
