We grabbed the lovely Nadine Coyle for a chat, and she spilled the beans on Cheryl Cole and Girls Aloud...


Ahh Nadine Coyle. Truth be told, we were kind of expecting her to be a bit of a...y'know, but she turned out to be just LOVELY, and beautiful. So beautiful. Maybe too beautiful? Suspicious.

Anyway, we're quite in love with ol' Nadders now, and we think you should be too. Here's what we chatted about;

So Nadine, how do you feel about all these comparisons being made between you and Cheryl Cole?
Ah, well Cheryl and I worked together for so long - we pretty much grew up together, I was 16 when Girls Aloud started, so it's just like, 'let Cheryl do her thing!' Let me do mine, Cheryl do hers, Katy Perry can do hers, and someone else can do theirs. It'd be boring if there was only one singer.

That it would. That it would. But you didn't really answer the question...
Well, to be honest, people don't ever ask me, 'So what are the differences between you and Cheryl?' I know what they are, but it's up to everyone else to make their own comparisons.

So, er, what are the differences between you and Cheryl then?
Well we're totally different! We've got a different sound, different styles, different personalities...just different things to offer. I'm going down a whole different avenue. We're just doing things in two totally different ways.

Girls Aloud. Discuss..
Aw, I just feel so proud looking back at Girls Aloud, and we're all doing so well now. My favourite times were when we were going through our 'struggling years', and it was like, us against the world! It really was like 'come on the girls!', and we totally meant it. We'd be exhausted, travelling, in cars the whole time - you'd open the door and pizza boxes would fall out...it was the best time.

So you're gonna get back together then? Yeah? YEAH?
We've all got such busy schedules, we spent 7 years doing 4 or 5 singles a year, album after album,tour after tour. So we're having the chance to see friends again, see family, go on a holiday and have some time off. I'd say at some point we will get back together - it'll just depend on everyone coming together, and working out all those schedules. But yeah, hopefully.
