So we’ve watched the first episode of Gossip Girl season five on iTunes (you should do it too) and we’re all very excited about it. You know we love nothing more than living our lives vicariously through those beautiful Upper East Siders with their amazingly enviable problems and shiny hair.

Now we don’t like doing reviews, just a personal thing, so instead we are going to give you in bullet point form (we love bullet points) everything that is going through our heads after watching the first episode. It’s a real rollercoaster.

• Dan’s got hotter

• Chuck Bass is suddenly very irritating

• Someone’s pregnant, who?

• Blair’s not drinking

• Serena’s not drinking

• WHERE’S LILY VAN DER WOODSEN-BASS-HUMPHREY-BLAH BLAH? WE LOVE HER

• Oohhh isn’t it all sunny and beautiful

• Oohhh film sets

• Why does Serena get all the luck?

• Nate’s eyebrows are looking good

• YES

• Royalty ah!

• Ugh even when she’s not here Vanessa irritates us

• Has Rufus had some Botox?

• Why can’t we decide whether Blair’s Prince is hot or not *note to selves , look up actor, write Hot or Not story*

• Say you love her Dan, say you love her!

• Are producers trying to make Chuck seem like The Great Gatsby? That’s wrong.

• Eugh Chuck, that’s a bit gross

• Is this season going to be as good as 1-3?

• No probably not, but we’re OK with that.

• OH GOOD GOD, LIZ HURLEY WHAT ARE YOU DOING ON OUR SCREENS?
