While Justin Bieber remains in headlines all over the UK for the rumoured baby-fathering, his ladyfriend Selena Gomez is creating some scandal of her own by wearing a pink poddle wig.

Lady Gaga's said to have been furious about Selena wearing the wig on stage at the MTV EMAs last night, as it's said to have looked like it was mocking the headwear Gaga scampers around in.

"There was a chill in the air - everybody was holding their breath, nervous about how Gaga would take the dig," said a source. Who we suppose was at the gig but who knows really, they could just own a poodle grooming parlour which somehow links them to the story.

"Gaga was fuming at Selena's slight at her," says the source.

"She took it personally and there was a lot of effing and blinding backstage.

"Selena was not allowed anywhere near Gaga backstage.

"She couldn't believe Selena had gone there, she was stunned. She takes her art very seriously."
