Ugh, what is wrong with people?
As you can imagine, we were pretty horrified to see that the hash tag was trending because some immature cyber bully types had been mouthing off at her.
We’re not going to write who they are or what they were posting because they sound vile, don’t need encouraging, and what they were saying was actually pretty embarrassing and undignified - they don’t need us to make further fools of them.
However Anne's responses, “you appear to be a vile individual whatever you have 'been through'. Learn to be nice” and “all I can say is don't ever come to my house again. You are not welcome,” rated quite highly with us.
Obviously Twitter was then flooded with messages telling Anne how wonderful she is and what a lovely, caring mum she is to Hazza Stazza, so we hope she saw them and felt happier, Directioners have the love.
In honour of recent nastiness and our girl crush, we’ve written a poem for her.
And Ode to Anne Cox
Oh Anne we love you,
Oh Anne it’s true,
Which is why we’ve written this poem just for you.
We don’t know much about rhyme schemes,
So it certainly seems,
But if you could let us nickname you “Coxy”
And in front stick the word “Foxy”
We’d think you were even more great,
Love Mango, Jess, Beth, Lindsay, Lauren and Kate.
Willy Shakespeare eat your heart out.
Feel free to add to the Anne love here.
