The Girls Aloud star admits she is 'worried' about the 1D lads...

It seems that Girls Aloud star Sarah Harding is done worrying about her own career - she's moved on to One Direction's instead.

It's fair to say that Sarah knows better than anyone that fame can be both a blessing and a curse, and she's admitted that she 'worries' about how new popstars will handle their success - the 1D lads included.

Speaking to The Sun, S-Hardz revealed that she hopes Liam, Harry, Zayn, Louis and Niall will stay down-to-earth, and not get carried away with their huge success.

"I worry that bands like One Direction get so much success so young," she said. "I'd hate to see them start believing their own hype and becoming cocky and arrogant.

"They’re only teenagers but they’re getting tattoos and I’m thinking, 'Bloody hell!'"

No, we're not quite sure what getting a new inking has to do with staying grounded either. There's a man round our local area who has approximately 532 tatts - and he's not famous at all.

Sarah also had some advice for the boys, saying: "It’s a rollercoaster. There will be ups and downs - you just have to accept that and ride it."

We wouldn't worry too much Hardz - the last time we checked 1D were sticking burger baps to their heads, teasing each other about break up songs and wearing thermal knickers. We think they'll be just fine.
