Rapper says he wants a career like the wifey...

Hip Hop rap superstar Jay-Z has revealed that he's dying to follow in wife Beyonce's footsteps and try his hand at acting!

The newlywed has said that he'd like to be in a movie as soon as his recording contract comes to an end. "My contract runs out after two more albums," he told us. "Who knows what I will do after that?"

But is it a case of 'anything you can do I can do better'? As his hot stuff wife Beyonce has proved with her chart-topping singing career and successful roles in The Pink Panther, Dreamgirls and Austin Powers - she can clearly do both.

But what has Jay-Z got that will enable him to do the same? "I love films and that's why I feel I'd do a good job," he added.
